We are one of the Service Partners of Bharti Airtel’s wire-line business. We take care of the installation & fault repair work of the end customer. This job includes roll out of last mile network by way of creating DPs (distribution points). This is a direct customer facing activity which we are doing successfully since 2005-06. We install POTs (plain old telephone system) DSL, PRI, LL etc. Our well trained engineers take care of the end customer’s need and maintain the defined SLA. We also maintain the network health by maintaining the health of the network elements.
